Voters Not Politicians, a Michigan ballot initiative to create an independent redistricting commission, needed to quickly grow their grassroots donor list. Blueprint purchased multiple lists, developed an in-house donor model, conducted messaging and targeting tests, and implemented a six-month direct mail program.
